Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of A-List by Bluxe ("A-List", "we", "us"), a membership platform operated by Bluxe, providing curated access to premium venues, events and experiences in the Algarve, Portugal.

By creating an account, signing in, or using A-List, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

A-List offers membership tiers: Free, Basic, Gold and Onyx. Each tier provides different benefits at participating venues. Benefits vary by venue and are subject to availability. We may change available tiers or benefits at any time.

Paid memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment provider, Stripe. Prices are shown in euros. Portuguese VAT is included in consumer membership prices where applicable.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge the recurring fee to your payment method until cancellation.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to your paid benefits until the period ends.

No refund is provided for the current billing period after a monthly charge. Annual subscribers may request a pro-rata refund for unused full months by contacting Alist@bluxe.eu within 14 days of the charge.

Statutory consumer cancellation rights under Portuguese and EU law are not affected by this section.

Your membership QR code is personal to you. QR check-ins at venues are logged to support the A-List Five loyalty programme and to verify visits. Misuse of the QR code, including sharing it with others or scanning without a genuine visit, may result in suspension of benefits.

You may submit reviews for venues you have visited. Reviews must be honest, accurate and based on genuine experiences. We may moderate, remove or reject reviews that are defamatory, false or otherwise inappropriate.

You agree not to misuse the platform, harass or threaten other users or venue staff, submit false information, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or violate any applicable law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

A-List branding, software and editorial content are owned by Bluxe. Venue information, images and menus are provided by venues or licensed sources. You may not copy, redistribute or republish platform content without permission.

A-List is a discovery and loyalty platform. We do not operate venues and are not responsible for venue availability, service quality, safety or pricing. Benefits are provided by participating venues and may change or be withdrawn at the venue's discretion.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
