Vendor Terms

These Vendor Terms ("Terms") govern the listing of your business on A-List by Bluxe ("A-List", "we", "us"), operated by Bluxe Global Developments LDA (NIPC 518089266), Rua Ascensão Guimarães, Nº 25, 8004-034 Faro, Portugal (contact: Alist@bluxe.eu). By claiming a listing, buying a membership or add-on, or using the partner dashboard, you agree to these Terms. These Terms apply to businesses only.

A-List listings are curated. Venues are selected based on quality, reputation and fit with the A-List brand. There is no open self-sign-up. Selected venues may be pre-listed by A-List and invited to claim their listing.

All prices exclude VAT, which is calculated and added at checkout.

Pre-listed — Free. A basic listing created by A-List with one image and limited functions. It is not a membership.

Founding Partner — €29/month or €290/year, limited to 250 brands. Full listing with up to five images and contact buttons, Smart QR, member offers, verified reviews, dashboard and the Founding Partner emblem. The Founding Partner price is locked for life on the conditions in section 5.

Standard — €59/month or €649/year (one month free when paid yearly). Full listing with up to five images and contact buttons, Smart QR, member offers, verified reviews and dashboard.

Featured — €79/month, monthly only. An add-on for active Founding Partner and Standard members, giving priority placement and the Featured emblem.

Growth Pack — €99/month or €1,089/year (one month free when paid yearly). A separate subscription available only to venues with an active Founding Partner or Standard membership. Includes Featured placement, Advanced Analytics, the Growth Partner badge, promotional artwork, priority updates and a monthly performance summary.

A venue can have Featured or the Growth Pack, not both. Featured spots are limited per area; where an area is full, you may join a waiting list. Venues with the Growth Pack count towards Featured spots.

Memberships and add-ons are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period until cancelled. Listing publication and dashboard access remain subject to A-List verification and approval.

We may change the price of Standard, Featured or the Growth Pack by giving you at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next renewal after the notice period. The Founding Partner price is not subject to change while the conditions in section 5 are met.

The Founding Partner price stays the same for as long as your Founding Partner membership remains continuously active and paid. You may switch between monthly and yearly billing without losing it. It applies to the venue it was purchased for and cannot be transferred to another venue or to a new owner of the business without our written approval.

Founding Partner status, price and emblem end permanently if the membership is cancelled by you or ends for non-payment (section 6). You may rejoin later on Standard at the then-current Standard price.

If a payment fails, Stripe will make up to three attempts within about one week. If all attempts fail, we will email you and you will have 14 days to update your payment details. Your listing stays live during those 14 days.

If payment is not received within the 14 days, your membership ends, your listing is removed from public view and, for Founding Partners, the Founding Partner status, price and emblem end as set out in section 5.

You can cancel any membership or add-on at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access continues until then. Payments already made, including yearly payments, are not refunded.

Featured and the Growth Pack depend on an active membership. If your membership ends for any reason, your add-on will stop renewing and end at the close of its current paid period, without refund.

You agree to provide accurate venue information, maintain the quality and safety of your venue, comply with all applicable laws and regulations, honour the member offers you publish, and respond to member interactions professionally. You are responsible for the content you submit.

You grant Bluxe Global Developments LDA a non-exclusive licence to display your venue information, images, menus and other content on A-List and in A-List promotion for the purpose of listing and promoting your venue. You confirm that you own or have permission to use all content you submit.

You have access to analytics about your listing performance, including views, QR scans and reviews. Analytics are provided for information only and may be used by us in aggregated form to improve the platform.

Members may submit reviews of your venue. Reviews are moderated. You may respond to reviews through your partner dashboard. We may remove reviews that breach our review guidelines.

We may suspend, pause or remove listings that breach these Terms, applicable law or our editorial standards. You may cancel your subscription and request removal of your listing at any time.

A-List is a discovery and loyalty platform. We are not liable for venue operations, member experiences or third-party actions. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.

We may update these Terms. We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email of material changes. Continuing to use A-List after the change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
