Bluxe Global Developments LDA ("we", "us") is the data controller for A-List by Bluxe. Registered address: Rua Ascensão Guimarães, Nº 25, 8004-034 Faro, Portugal. We are responsible for your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Portuguese data protection law.

Account data — Name, email address, password (encrypted), language preference.

Profile data — Avatar, username, interests, saved venues and searches.

Usage data — Venue visits (via QR check-in), search history, reviews, messages, concierge requests.

Payment data — Processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. We retain subscription status and billing history.

Technical data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, approximate location (from saved area, not GPS).

We use your data to provide the A-List service, process payments, personalise recommendations, send service communications, operate the A-List Five loyalty programme, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

Our legal bases are: performance of the contract (providing the service), consent (where you opt in, such as marketing), legitimate interests (security, analytics, fraud prevention), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

Stripe — Payment processing.

Venues — Aggregated visit data for loyalty and analytics, when you check in at a venue.

Service providers — Hosting, email delivery and analytics, under data processing agreements.

We do not sell your personal data. We may disclose data to authorities where required by law.

Account data is kept while your account is active. You can request deletion at any time. Payment and billing records are retained as required by Portuguese tax law. Usage data is anonymised or deleted after 24 months unless needed for an active investigation.

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object to the processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
